The Sawmills welcomes new managers!

We’re very excited to announce the new management team stepping into The Sawmills this year. John Muxlow will be taking the reins as General Manager of the site. Many of you will know John from his work as Manager of The Red Barn for over 10 years. We love his style and passion for people and can’t wait to see him add his own flair to the season.
Helping him from the other side of the pass we’re stoked to re-introduce Tom Bracken as our Kitchen Manager. Tom’s enthusiasm for cooking over flames and sourcing great quality, local ingredients makes him an ideal candidate to take The Sawmills’ kitchen forward.
You’ll still see Steve and Theo around the site, helping to serve up a great new menu (coming soon) and pouring some delicious wines, beers and cocktails.
